Technical Support for Online Education Students.

Your Account information.

Upon completing the CCCApply process you are assigned a StudentID number, it is printed on your Student ID card and your registration permit.

Your PIN is a 4 digit number you selected during the CCCApply process. If you have forgotten it, you will have to come in person to the IVC Admissions office with a photo ID, or try using this the "Forgot My PIN" link found on the MySite Login page.

Your Student ID and PIN can only be used to login to MySite to complete the enrollment process (registration) at Irvine ValleyCollege.

Once you have enrolled in courses you will be assigned (within 24hrs) an IVC Network/Email account (Username) and will have to create a password for your new IVC Username to fully activate it.

  • The password must be between 6 and 16 characters.
  • The password must contain at least one number.
  • The password is case-sensitive.
  • You may not include your user ID in the password.


NOTE: A secret question and answer are required before creating your password.


If you forget your password you can reset it yourself by using the secret question and answer you provided on the "Reset Password" site.

Once you have set your password, you will be able to login to your student email, the student wireless, Canvas, Blackboard, student computers on campus, and many other systems used by IVC.

NOTE: Your account in Canvas, Blackboard, and Email may take up to 72 hours to be created after course enrollment.
